There are a few major tips I've learnt on my journey from the mistakes I've come across in my CIC when it comes to registering your business on Companies House. The registration process is a little complicated and confusing if this is your first time setting up a business and I made a few mistakes when I first set up my CIC and was rejected the first time, researched where I went wrong and made the changes and was accepted second time round. I have also helped people who were rejected the first time and with my input they have been accepted the second time so.. NEVER QUIT! This is why I have created the check list so you can make sure you cover everything when setting up your CIC.
